Fair Vista Landing residents were targeted by a group of thieves in the early morning hours of September 18th. Prior to this event, we felt we had a safe community for our families. Having our vehicles broken into and items stolen left us feeling violated and on edge, resulting in many incurring the financial expense of security devices to safeguard our homes. Thanks to a camera identifying a perpetrator's vehicle, a victim was able to recover a stolen laptop with proven value exceeding $1,000. Other stolen items will most likely never be returned.

As residents of Fair Vista Landing, we greatly value the safety and security of our families and homes. Though his actions increased our communication as a community, we continue to be guarded. Since that morning, we have requested police presence using local resources and crime reports impact our home values. The residents of Fair Vista Landing ask that you hold the perpetrator to the highest level of accountability for his unlawful actions.
