Despite the strength of the issues raised—including missing footage, serious questions surrounding the legality of the search warrant, inconsistencies in the coroner’s findings, and concerns about testimony given under oath—the recent post-conviction relief has been denied. Even more troubling, the court’s reasoning included contradictions that raise further concerns about the fairness and thoroughness of the review process.

This is not the end.

These unresolved issues deserve transparency, accountability, and a full, unbiased examination. Justice is not served when critical questions go unanswered.
