Dear all, Thanks to your support, we won the battle at the EU Parliament in 2014: the adoption of article 6e in the revised regulation 2027/97 was an appropriate answer to the needs of musicians traveling by plane with their instrument. However, the revised regulation will not enter into force until it is adopted in the exact same terms by both the EU Parliament AND the EU Council. We therefore have another battle to fight in order to convince the EU Council to respect the decision of the EU Parliament and adopt article 6e as it is, with no alteration.
