Fair Retrial for Derrick Alexander, wrongfully Convicted Without No Evidence by all 12 Jurors.

This is a plea for justice. A call for fairness in a system that seems skewed against one man - Derrick Alexander. As deeply personal to us, we assert that Mr. Alexander, a resident of Marrero, LA, USA, was condemned based on inconsistencies, wholesale negligence, and a concurrent case he was also convicted of. Without any substantial evidence, the Jefferson Parish Court convicted him of Attempted Forcible Rape.  Indecent behavior of a Juvenile and Multi-billed him.

Derrick Alexander has remained in Louisiana state penitentiary for more than 15 years upon entering a not guilty plea and being convicted of a life sentence.

Based upon the facts that has not been presented to the court The step father Torrance Clark whom reported the incident at hand.. in 2009 is now the father of three children with the alleged victim who was 12 years old at the time of the incident… and 16 years old at time of the first pregnancy.

Not only was the case built on discrepancies, but the proceedings were also marred by the fact that the District Attorney leaned heavily on a warrant and federal agents pursuing Mr. Alexander, not on the core facts of this case. These factors have an undeniable impact on this case and should not be ignored.

Our justice system asserts that a person is presumed innocent until proven guilty. But in Mr.Alexander's case, this fundamental right seems trampled upon. Prosecution without concrete evidence is an affront to the pillars of our democracy and a grave injustice to the individual involved.
