The message is simple:

Set the minimum pay for all Kokoda Porters to 100 kina a day. That's about $40 Australian Dollars.

At the moment it is 50 Kina and hasn't changed for over 15 years.

If we reach 500 signatures we can present the petition to the Kokoda Track Authority, giving them confidence that there is support for this sort of improvement. The Kokoda Track Authority could then mandate that all trekking companies pay their porters a minimum of 100 kina per day.
