2. Pay Per Mile

Introduce mileage-based compensation to account for travel costs and fuel expenses, providing a more equitable pay structure.

3. Removal of Acceptance Rating Penalties

Eliminate acceptance ratings as a punitive measure. Drivers should have the freedom to decline orders that are unprofitable, unsafe, or impractical without fear of being penalized.

4. Freedom of Choice Without Punishment

Allow drivers to choose which orders they accept and whom they deliver to without platform-imposed penalties. This respects drivers’ autonomy and judgment.

5. English-Speaking Customer Support for Drivers

Provide accessible, clear, and effective customer service with representatives who can communicate in English to address drivers’ concerns efficiently.
