In school, as kids, we have always practiced a term break after end semester. I would like to introduce this system to the business world as well. Every employee should be entitled to a months or less paid leave every summer or winter fall. What is the use of having a term break in school when these rules cant be implemented when we grow up to be professionals. With this process an individual can give his/her time to family when required by being away from the everyday bonds of life which he/she follows while working in an organisation. Life is short and there are so many things that need to be catered to. Personal life apart from professional life is highly important and every person has the right to practice it.

In India, no company practices this process and it would be a boon on employees if this rule was introduced. People tend to work extra hours and do not get paid for what they do. They never reach home on time and their family is waiting just to have a glimpse of them. Every individual deserves this right of a months paid leave.
