Fair and Equal Enforcement of Social Medias' Community Guidelines!

Fair and Equal Enforcement of Social Medias' Community Guidelines!
The Issue
To the United States Congress:
We, the undersigned, petition you to act in regulating social media platforms from using Community Guidelines to discriminate against users.
We believe that social media platforms have a responsibility to uphold the principles of free speech and non-discrimination. However, we are concerned that some platforms are using their Community Guidelines to silence or censor certain users, while giving preferential treatment to others.
For example, YouTube bans the KKK from uploading videos using its Community Guidelines, yet monetizes off "black rap" that promotes gang violence. Also, the platform bans users for writing the "N-Word" in the comments, but allows its black content creators to use the word in their monetized and non-monetized videos.
This double-standard form of discrimination is unacceptable. It is clear that YouTube is discriminating against black users and others by promoting a victim-hood complex and is feeding the destruction of those who live in socially disadvantaged inner-cities.
Social media platforms like YouTube should not be allowed to use their Community Guidelines to silence certain voices and promote others.
Below is a simple example of harassment by a YouTube content creator against another YouTube content creator whose channel has been recently terminated from the social media platform.
Here is an example of "Misinformation" in the title of the video that is allowed to flourish on YouTube: Question, Did one person's action set the whole "Black Community" back "500 years" as the title alludes?
We urge you to take action to regulate social media platforms and ensure that they are not used to discriminate against users.
Specifically, we ask you to consider and pass legislation that would:
- Legislate Platforms comply with the 1st Admendment to the US Constitution.
- Legislate Platforms Community Guidelines be applied fairly and consistently to all users, which means if YouTube monetizes videos where Black creators use the 'n-word,' it cannot then terminate accounts for using the same term in comment sections or replies. The platform's current practice creates a system where certain creators are privileged, while others are penalized for the same language.
- Legislate Platforms understand Discriminatory Community Guidelines have a chilling effect on free speech and expression.
Social media platforms have become essential for communication and expression in the modern world.
Below is an example of a YouTube video currently circulating that has the "N-word" in its original spelling included in the title, on the caption photo referencing the creator, and is spoken in its original form by the creator. The video has been uploaded on YouTube for over 6 years with 116k views, & 1.4K likes.
If you write the N-word as it is spelled in the title, you will be charged by YouTube's community guidelines as promoting Hate Speech.
