Due to the success of Failure reuniting, touring, releasing 2 subsequent albums after their fan favorite album, Fantastic Planet--The Replicants have been overshadowed but not ignored by the fans of Failure. This was a side project for ex-TOOL bassist Paul D'Amour to express his musical talents alongside Failure's Ken Andrews and Greg Edwards with the help of Chris Pittman (ex-Guns N Roses, Lusk). The hopes of Failure fans is to see a live incarnation and reissue of their only self-titled and only released on CD--never released on LP tribute album to the greats.
