Professor King’s contract has not been renewed. Most of her current and past students are shocked and outraged to find out this news. Not only is she the only faculty of color in the department who treats the students with respect she is also an amazing engaging teacher. This interactive learning experience is one of the main reasons I’m happy to have decided to earn my degree here at Nassau. We love learning from her and feel this termination must be overturned. NCC will not be the same without her!
