On August 26, 2025, I filed a Memorandum of Law in Vermont Superior Court (Bennington Unit, Docket No. 1127-10-13 Bncr). This filing is now permanently part of the record, ensuring my story and my rights cannot be erased.
The memorandum challenges my 2013 conviction for “Impersonation of a Police Officer.” I was subjected to a constructive arrest and interrogation without being read my Miranda rights, violating the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments and the Vermont Constitution (Article 10). No conviction should stand on such a foundation.
I also presented evidence undermining the credibility of Trooper Lauren Ronan, the key accuser in my case. Internal Vermont State Police emails admit there was “nothing threatening or violent” about me, yet monitoring and reports continued without cause. In 2022, the Vermont Superior Court denied Trooper Ronan’s request for a stalking order, explicitly finding she failed to prove her claim. This raises serious questions about the credibility of the original prosecution.
In my memorandum, I respectfully requested that the court:
Vacate the December 30, 2013 judgment.
Seal the matter from public view. and vacate the plea
Recognize that this case, after more than a decade, serves no lawful purpose.
This filing does not just represent legal arguments — it represents my refusal to stay silent. It is a statement that I will stand for my rights and hold the system accountable to the Constitution.
I encourage you to share this petition and stand with me. Together, we can shine light on what happened and make sure justice is not denied by silence.
