Subject: Formal Response Addressing Misinformation and Defamation of Character

To Whom It May Concern,

This correspondence serves to formally address the ongoing dissemination of misinformation regarding my character and academic accomplishments by the State of Vermont. Specifically, the State has attempted to portray me, Justin-Ames Gamache, as a criminal, thereby undermining my extensive academic achievements, professional reputation, and personal integrity.

Contrary to the misleading narrative being promoted, I have successfully earned multiple degrees, including a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from Liberty University in 2013, a Master of Education from Concordia University, and a Master of Science in Psychology with Distinction from the University of Phoenix in 2023. I have also been recognized for my leadership and academic excellence through multiple certifications from the National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS), including Advanced Leadership Certification and Executive Leadership Certification, both conferred by the University of Phoenix in 2025.

It is imperative to emphasize that I was continuously enrolled in my undergraduate program at Liberty University from August 2010 until October 2013, successfully completing my Bachelor’s degree on October 17, 2013. This timeline clearly establishes that I was actively engaged in academic pursuits during the period in question, further refuting any unfounded allegations of criminal conduct.

Moreover, the attempt to cast aspersions on my character by referencing a 2013 incident as evidence of criminal behavior is not only misleading but also constitutes a defamatory attack against my professional and academic standing. Such false and defamatory statements have the potential to inflict severe harm to my reputation, undermine my educational accomplishments, and negatively impact my ongoing doctoral studies.

In light of the foregoing, I am formally requesting that the State of Vermont immediately cease and desist from disseminating any further false or misleading information regarding my character, academic achievements, or personal history. Furthermore, I reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies to protect my reputation, address defamation of character, and secure appropriate redress for the harm caused by these unfounded accusations at your expense not mine and no judge can deny my redress.

Please consider this correspondence as a formal notification of my intent to take all necessary legal action to safeguard my rights and preserve my professional and academic integrity.

Sincerely,

Justin-Ames Gamache, M.Ed., M.S.
Doctoral Candidate, University of Phoenix
