I wanted to reach out and let you know that the judge has dismissed the case! Originally we had a court date but we never physically saw or spoke to the judge Everything was moved to correspondence. We got the news today!  We still have to reapply for her chang of status, but the deportation case has been dismissed!  Thanks again for everyone who has prayed for us and shared this petition.  My personal advice to anyone filing paperwork would be to use a lawyer. Even if you can't afford one, it will be a lot cheaper upfront than after the fact.
