Coming up 17 years Andrew Jones, just 18 years of age was floored by a punch and fatally cracked his head on the pavement during a night out in city centre (Liverpool). His killer has never been brought to justice, with a group suspected of the attack accused of concocting a story to cover each others, something which has been called the wall of silence. The parents of Andrew Jones are initiating a judicial review into the police and CPS procedures that were taken at the time, that allowed crutial evidence to be lost. We would like to show the high court this case and other cases of unsolved homicide are in the public interest.

Andrew and Christine are hoping for a change in law. Evidence that is withheld should make somebody equally culpable to murder, help make it law; Andy's Law.
