On January 29th 2020 SKYDOG SANCTUARY - a wonderful wild horse rescue sanctuary and well respected 501c3 non profit, was suddenly disabled and removed from Facebook for supposedly breaking Facebook guidelines.   They had done nothing wrong and are an exemplary example of kindness and compassion towards animals, especially horses, AND other people.  This world renowned wild horse sanctuary with four beautiful ranches in California and Oregon, is home to over 150 equines who were saved from terrible abuse and starvation and many were saved from kill pens hours before shipping to slaughter abroad.

Facebook has sent them emails telling them their page will not be restored under any circumstances.   It had 80,000 wonderful supportive followers who have donated over $15,000 in just the past few weeks for a new family of wild horses to come to the sanctuary.  That money has not been forwarded to Skydog and remains with Facebook leaving this family of six without funds to be picked up.

Please help them get back on Facebook - they also disabled the founders personal page Clare Staples.   We miss them dearly and want our horses back and to be able to donate to their wonderful fundraisers which helped us all contribute to their rescues.   Their URL was Facebook.com/skydogsanctuary/ and there is nothing there now to show our love for Clare the founder and the horses in their care.    With so much hatred on social media to have the one good and kind place removed due to hackers and cyber bullying is so unfair.   Please sign and let Mark Zuckerberg and Facebook know we want them back.
