Backyard breeders keep dogs, cats, and other animals in filthy and horrible conditions. They are no better than human traffickers in my opinion. Everyday someone is on Facebook looking for a free or cheap animal with the intent of throwing that pet in a cage to over breed them. Then when they get Sick from overbreeding these monsters “get rid” of the  by one of many monsterous deeds. These people are trash and a blight to humanity. Your website is a wonderland for these people and the pets that are suffering. You ban electronics which are inanimate objects but pets live, breathe, bleed, and die. They are not objects. They are a life. Please for the love of God if you have any decency in you ban the trade or sale of dogs, cats, and other pets from your site.
