The country of Italy and their government has postponed the payment of taxes and mortgages/rent until their people can go back to work. All over the USA stores businesses grocery stores have closed their doors and put people out of work with no way to pay their rent etc. The government has the means to freeze this even if it’s for a month or two. That is invaluable time for the people laid off temporarily for extended amounts of time.
