Amid the scaling back of its scripted content, Facebook Watch has canceled its hit show Sorry for your loss, despite a public renewal for season 3. This groundbreaking series does not deserve an end simply because Facebook is trying to make room for reality TV. Sorry For Your Loss has proven itself both undeniably original and successful, notably with increased viewership and strong retention from episode to episode. There is an audience for this show, and that's why it needs to continue. 

Sorry for your loss follows the story of Leigh Shaw, a young widow who finds herself struggling to pick up the pieces of her life after her husband unexpectedly dies. The show follows her and her family, as they navigate the inescapable terrain of grief in an intimate way that has never been done so honestly.
