Thank you Facebook for cracking down on dummy accounts and making Facebook pages more accountable. This is good news for both online safety and data purposes.

But not being able to have a Facebook Profile (account) in another name causes problems for Actors & Authors who have a separate name for their craft. 

Although they can have a Business Page for their Actor/Author profile, they have no choice but to join Facebook Groups under their real name - reducing their ability to interact with fans.

Facebook, please consider setting up "Artist Profiles" which could:

1. be linked to a person's standard Profile (in the same way a Page is)
2. include "Stage Name" or "Pen Name" in brackets after the name to differentiate from a standard Profile

These Profiles would still be bound by the same business advertising rules as standard Profiles and would simply exist to allow better interaction in Facebook Groups.
