Facebook provides local selling groups to help people exchange goods within their community. It's a great principle but people are using them to sell animals - puppies and kittens - that are ill, undernourished or too young to be separated from their mother. I ask Facebook to prohibit the sale of live animals on its local selling sites for the sake of the animals' long term welfare.
