I need help getting my fur baby back. His name is C.R.E.A.M he’s a 3 year old pit bull who I’ve basically had since a cpl wks old he was given to me, his previous family had too many pets and one had just gave birth to a very huge litter. I feel like I saved his life. I love him I love him as my child. He is a very big baby, also a great protector. 

He has previous bites history over 2 yrs old! he was protecting my mother and my child at the time. The courts gave him back to me. I did have to pay fines I also apologize to whom he bit,He is NOT dangerous HE IS LOVING. Our whole community loves and adores him!! He’s never been in a cage, he sleeps in the bed with one of us or on the couch never on the floor. I said all this to say that on March 15 2020 he was let out to use the bathroom at some point he left our yard and went to the neighbors yard to play with their dogs which he does all the time, Someone called Richmond Animal control bc she’s  afraid of pit bulls not bc C.R.E.A.M did anything to the animals or the family.

They returned him to my lil brother not a responsible adult. The 16th of March 2020 he was Outside on our property and animal control picked him up saying he belongs on a leash. I was out of town so had no idea this was going on when I got home I called several times, when I finally got an answer I was panicking bc I had no idea what was going on bc he did not harm anyone so I have been extremely confused on why he’s was still being held in captivity in a cage something he’s never been somewhere he doesn’t want to be.

WHY IS HE STILL THERE IF HE DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO ANYONE?! I’ll tell you why, when I finally spoke to Officer Doran she was very harsh and discomforting to me. She kept repeating herself letting me know she took him home the day before w an expensive leash so why was he outside again without the leash. I let her know I wasn’t therei didn’t even know of the previous return when given to my little brother, if I had known I would’ve took further steps to prevent him from being outside without his leash. She said I got snippy with her and didn’t like my attitude, I told her I apologize ma’am but please understand where I’m coming from that’s my baby I want him back he did nothing wrong.

She bashed me and called me everything but a child of God. She then reminded me that she’s in charge, and that was her 2nd time picking him up. I then said Duhhhh Ma’am u keep telling me that but if he didn’t do anything can I have him back?? This lady told me no bc I got “snippy” with her when I said Duhhh! Instantly my heart broke I’m extremely depressed my fur baby has been in their possession since March it is now June 4,2020 and awaiting court. Please help me get my back please help me please sign this petition please help me I need help we all miss him deeply and dearly. They are trying to get me sign him over to be euthanized, if I do that I am failing C.R.E.A.M, myself && my family and I’m not doing that!!! I’m not even that type of person to have an animal killed so why would I let them do that mine? Just bc she didn’t like my demeanor?? They want to put him to sleep. I’M 100 percent against having my dog put to sleep! If u agree pls pls sign and help me get him HOME!!!
