Networking animals in need of rescue from a high-kill shelter, or an animal in danger in the streets, has saved thousands of animals since Facebook began. 

We have organized Facebook groups to share these posts, so other likeminded individuals can share them. People pledge funds to cover veterinary expenses. Many of these individuals viewing these groups operate rescues and are in positions to help, but they cannot help if they aren’t aware there is an animal is in need, since the share was blocked. It goes unseen and the animal is euthanized.

We are NOT sharing these posts to groups not meant for animals. We are NOT spamming anyone. We do not share outside our own timelines and groups designated to share pets in need. If our other Facebook friends don’t want to see our posts on our timelines, they have the options to unfollow, unfriend, or block. 

Please stop blocking shares to animal groups. Countless, helpless animals lives are in the balance. It is difficult enough to save a shelter animal and when you factor in this additional challenge, it becomes exponentially harder.
