Facebook, change your community's standards rule

Facebook, change your community's standards rule

The Issue

We run a number of sites finding lost and stolen pets, Facebook community standards is really  hindering our work? It finds fault when there is none and mutes people for nothing..

Example 1:: i made a post of what happens if you buy from an unlicensed breeder or importer..  community standards decided i was selling animals,  took down the post and issued a warning against our site

Example 2:: a site member was walking her dog when approached by two East European people eyeing her dog and mumbling, and she reported it on site? Community standards took post down and muted her for 7 days ?

Their community standards is set too strict and is picking up things and words that are harmless, before anything is done about a community standards breach it should be reviewed by a human being who can understand the differences in word meaning

We, as admins, cannot watch posts 24 hours a day and if a member uses a swear word or something community standards  thinks is a swear word... they can delete the site from Facebook altogether,  therefore,  stopping many people helping get pets reunited

Facebook has no idea about what we do and how we do it and this community standards stuff is really affecting our work to find pets and the ability of members to report problems, this needs to be changed as a matter of urgency considering the amount of pet thefts now, this is not community standards  its censorship of legitimate information
