Time and time again we have reported videos and pictures containing the abuse and murder of innocent animals, which is obviously a crime.  These have included any number of species, and the forms of abuse are just as varied as the animals themselves.  According to Facebook's policies on criminal activity, this should not be allowed yet we continue to receive messages saying that the images or videos don't violate the community standards.  This is a direct contradiction.  There should be no confusion when it comes to torturing and murdering innocent animals.  The creators of these pics and videos blatantly admit that their purpose is to "go viral."  It's their own twisted way of becoming some sort of reality star or gaining internet infamy.  But there's no such thing as just a cat or just a rat or just a dog.  They are all living things that feel pain and Facebook should treat them as such.  Sign our petition and tell Facebook to enforce their policies and stop allowing people to gain 15 minutes of fame by brutalizing living creatures!
