The animal abuse pages on FaceBook are graphic and sickening to the average Facebook member. They show blatant animal abuse, of cats, dogs, and many other creatures. These pages are not made to inform people and stop abuse, as is the case with anti dog fighting pages and the like.  Rather, these pages are made to showcase cruelty and horror in a positive light, by sick individuals. These pictures are repugnant to the "average" FaceBook user and do nothing but showcase sick minds and allow the abusers to gain notoriety.

There are processes by which one can report violent, hate-filled pages, and they will be removed. In the drop-down menu of reasons to report or delete the page, there is no mention of animals, yet you can see graphic pictures from FaceBook pages "Dogs Suck", "I hate Pit Bulls" "Kill Dogs" and a host of dogfighting pages as well as pages showing abuse of cats.

Please add "animal abuse" to your reporting and deletion criteria, and please take it seriously. Facebook has a responsibility to keep this kind of hate and cruelty off their page.
