and "like" our first uploaded video - the full "Helicopter Task Force" press conference at the W. 30th Street Heliport hosted by Congressman Nadler and then Manhattan Borough President Gale Brewer (currently representing the UWS as District 6's City Councilmember).  In addition to Nadler's and Brewer's speeches, hear from other electeds from both NY (State Senators Brian Kavanagh and Brad Hoylman; State Assemblymembers Richard Gottfried and Jo Anne Simon; Mark Levine [current Manhattan Borough President and former District 7 Councilmember] and NJ (Hoboken Councilmember Phil Cohen) as they voice support for the federal bill H.R. 1643 that would ban nonessential helicopters from flying over the NYC metro area.

Additionally, Gottfried and Hoylman announce the introduction of their NY State bills (https://stopthechopnynj.org/new-york-state-legislation/ that if passed would ban NYC from contracting with tourist and commuter helicopter companies, ban the W. 30th Street Heliport for nonessential use (commuter, as tourist flights are already banned from there), and create a nuisance cause of action to sue for helicopter noise damages.
