Join Us This Friday at The Climate March in New York City!
Stop the Chop NY/NJ is a registered participant in this year's Climate March & Rally, and we hope you can join other volunteers - either for the 3pm march from City Hall Park to Battery Park and/or for the 4:30 - 6 pm rally at Battery Park! See the photo and website below for more details about this Friday's climate march.
Print out and bring our double-sided flyer from here: https://secureservercdn.net/198.71.233.153/1ku.8df.myftpupload.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/03/StopTheChop.pdf and use it as a poster during the event (it can easily be photocopied larger and even laminated for future uses). The QR code will take folks to our website to sign our petition and other action steps. Although the March will likely be crowded, as in past years, hopefully you can find fellow Stop the Chop NY/NJ volunteers - some will be wearing hats and tshirts with our logo.

If possible, educate other attendees that banning the incessant (and unnecessary) tourist and commuter helicopters (all running on jet fuel or gas) is the "lowest hanging fossil fuel fruit" given their nonessential transportation status.
