The FAA is putting together a mandatory drone registration process for every type UAV including hobby grade and TBD toy types. This goes against the FAA being told by congress to NOT regulate R/C craft. R/C hobbyists have been flying craft for decades without incident and now they are forcing the same hobbyists to register their vehicles without warrant to do so. This is in response to media hype and hysterics. 

What we need to do is educate the average hobbyist and not tie their hands behind their backs with bureaucracy and misinformation.
