Das "Zukunftsprojekt Morgenrot" steht in Quedlinburg im Mittelpunkt der Diskussionen, da es bedeutende Veränderungen für die Stadt mit sich bringen wird. Geplant ist unter anderem die Errichtung eines Windkraftparks sowie eines Industriegebiets.

Diese Maßnahmen könnten tiefgreifende Auswirkungen auf die lokale Gemeinschaft, die Umwelt sowie das Stadtbild haben. Daher ist es von höchster Wichtigkeit, dass eine demokratische Willensbildung unter Einbeziehung aller Bürgerinnen und Bürger von Quedlinburg erfolgt, um eine breite Akzeptanz und ein fundiertes Meinungsbild zu ermöglichen.

Der Stadtrat von Quedlinburg soll diesem Anliegen der Bevölkerung Gehör verschaffen.

Die Bürgerinnen und Bürger haben das Recht, ihre Bedenken und Wünsche in Bezug auf solch ein weitreichendes Projekt zu äußern.

Eine Bürgerbefragung bietet das ideale Forum, um die Meinung der Gemeinschaft auf demokratische Weise zu erfassen und in den Entscheidungsprozess zu integrieren.

Gemäß §12 der Hauptsatzung der Welterbestadt Quedlinburg besteht die Grundlage, eine solche Bürgerbefragung durchzuführen. Wir fordern den Stadtrat auf, diesen Weg ohne Verzögerung zu gehen und den Bürgerinnen und Bürgern von Quedlinburg die Möglichkeit zu geben, über die Zukunft ihrer Stadt mitzubestimmen.

Eine Bürgerbefragung wird sicherstellen, dass die Stimme jedes Einzelnen gehört wird und dass das Projekt "Zukunftsprojekt Morgenrot" die Unterstützung und das Vertrauen der Gemeinschaft hat.

Wir appellieren an den Oberbürgermeister der Welterbestadt Quedlinburg (Frank Ruch) und den Stadtrat von Quedlinburg, die Durchführung der Bürgerbefragung so schnell wie möglich anzusetzen, um eine transparente und demokratische Legitimierung des Projekts zu gewährleisten. Conduct a referendum on the "Morgenrot Future Project"

The "Morgenrot Future Project" is at the center of discussions in Quedlinburg, as it will bring about significant changes for the city. Plans include the construction of a large wind farm and industrial park.

These measures could have profound effects on the local community, the environment, and the cityscape. Therefore, it is of utmost importance that a democratic decision-making process takes place, involving all citizens of Quedlinburg, to ensure broad acceptance and a well-informed public opinion.

The Quedlinburg City Council is responsible for giving voice to the concerns of the population.

Citizens have the right to express their concerns and wishes regarding such a far-reaching project.

A citizen's referendum offers the ideal forum to democratically capture the community's opinion and integrate it into the decision-making process.

The legal basis for conducting such a citizen's referendum exists according to Section 12 of the main statutes of the World Heritage City of Quedlinburg. We urge the Quedlinburg City Council to proceed without delay and give the citizens of Quedlinburg the opportunity to have a say in the future of their city.

A public referendum will ensure that everyone's voice is heard and that the "Morgenrot Future Project" has the support and trust of the community.
