The length of time between our occupancy and closing was far too long by any normal standard (approx. 19 months). As you are aware, we were required to write a second set of cheques. We have heard from a source that there was a neglect of duty by the previous Building Manager in registering the condo in a timely manner. This has come at the expense of the owners.

I am drafting a petition for 7 months of occupancy rent fees to be reimbursed to us.
