I am campaigning for express bus services from East Renfrewshire to Glasgow Airport and the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital. The support so far has been welcome. Perhaps most importantly, the campaigns have ignited some creative thinking with local people; one has even written a poem! There is a need for better public transport here in East Renfrewshire; take one look at the congestion on Fenwick Road and you will know what I mean. The question is how the need is to be met in a way that improves services for local people and which is beneficial to the environment.

For now, if you have not already done so, I would ask that you consider signing the petitions as that would show support in principle and strengthen my position to seek solutions.

I am hoping I may be able to update you on positive developments in the near future once discussions have taken place.
