Residents and commuters in our area have long faced unnecessary heavy traffic congestion and added costs because of limited access and toll charges on the Clay Road exits.

Two changes would make a huge difference:

Extend the feeder road between Morton Ranch and Clay Road (northbound side of SH-99, by Walmart) —This would improve traffic flow, reduce congestion, and make it easier for drivers to access local businesses and neighborhoods.

Remove the tolls from the Entrances and Exits, at Clay Road — These serve as a critical connection for many daily commuters, and removing the tolls would ease the financial burden on local drivers.
