As a resident of Ocean Springs, I’m advocating to extend the Golf Cart District to Heron Bayou.

Currently, the only thing preventing legal golf cart access from Heron Bayou to downtown Ocean Springs is the 35 MPH speed limit on Government Street. By reducing that stretch to 30 MPH, several neighborhoods could become part of the Golf Cart District — offering safe, legal, and eco-friendly access to downtown while increasing property value.
