Warren Group May Call Suspended Agent To Testify Washington - The Warren Commission is considering calling suspended Secret Service Agent Abraham Bolden of Chicago bit has made no decision, a spokesman said today. Bolden has said he was framed by the government in a $50,000.00 payoff case because he was going to tell of heavy drinking among agents guarding President John F. Kennedy. He said the government knew he was going to testify before the Warren Commission, which is investigating the assassination of Kennedy last Nov. 22. J. Lee Rankin, general counsel, said the commission has not decided whether it will call Bolden. Bolden, 29, the first Negro ever to serve on the Secret Service White House detail (chosen by JFK personally-my addition to the article), was suspended Tuesday after he was charged with attempting to sell a top secret government file to a defendant in an alleged crime syndicate counterfeiting operation. More on above update....ran out of space, sorry. Stephen
