Today I made a decision.
For the last two years, I’ve been researching TCAVA, the Major Richard Star Act, veterans disability policy, lobbying networks, VSO leadership, congressional actions, money trails, policy organizations and the people behind all of it.
That research is now over 900 pages.
And today, I’m giving it away.
Why?
Because Facebook taught me an important lesson when 54Kveterans was taken down:
Never allow the information to depend on one page, one platform, or one person.
So I built something they can’t solve by taking away my microphone.
Bonus Army 2.0.
You do not have to sit down and read 900 pages.
I designed the document as an interactive investigative tool.
The beginning is the ENGINE — instructions that tell AI how to analyze the evidence, separate documented fact from inference, identify contradictions, challenge unsupported conclusions, and show the receipts.
The remaining 900+ pages are the FUEL — legislation, congressional records, lobbying disclosures, timelines, organizational relationships, policy history, public statements, source links and investigative leads.

That is the point.
Taking down one Facebook page can limit one person's reach.
It cannot put 900 pages of research back in the box once thousands of people have it.
I spent two years building the hammer.

BONUS ARMY 2.0 is an independently compiled research project.
It is not an official publication, statement, finding, report, or position of the United States Government, Congress, the Department of Veterans Affairs, Department of Defense, any Veterans Service Organization, political organization, public official, employer, news organization, or other person or entity referenced within the Toolkit unless an original source expressly states otherwise.
Reference to any individual, organization, agency, company, political committee, nonprofit organization, veterans organization, or other entity does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, participation, or approval of this Toolkit.
2. RESEARCH TOOL - NOT A STATEMENT THAT EVERY THEORY IS PROVEN
The Toolkit contains a combination of primary records, legislation, government documents, public statements, lobbying records, organizational materials, news reporting, third-party sources, research notes, analysis, questions, hypotheses, commentary, and material produced or assisted by artificial intelligence.
The inclusion of information, a person, organization, relationship, timeline, theory, investigative lead, or question does not by itself establish wrongdoing, unlawful conduct, conspiracy, coordination, improper influence, corruption, misconduct, or any other factual conclusion.
A documented relationship is not automatically evidence of coordination.
A correlation is not automatically evidence of causation.
An investigative question is not an accusation.
An inference is not a proven fact.
Users must distinguish between documented facts, allegations, analysis, inference, unanswered questions, and matters that remain unproven.
3. VERIFY BEFORE YOU PUBLISH
The Toolkit is designed to help users locate evidence and continue independent research. It is not a substitute for independent verification.
Before publishing, broadcasting, posting, quoting, relying upon, or repeating any factual assertion derived from this Toolkit, users should review the underlying source and independently confirm:
the authenticity of the source;
the complete context;
the date and applicable time period;
whether the information remains current;
whether subsequent evidence contradicts or modifies it;
whether a quotation is accurate and complete;
whether an inference is actually supported by the evidence; an
whether the proposed use complies with applicable law.
Do not convert suspicion into fact. Do not represent an allegation or inference as an established fact.
The user, not the author, is solely responsible for statements the user chooses to publish or communicate.

No representation or warranty is made that every statement, source, hyperlink, quotation, date, interpretation, characterization, calculation, legislative description, research note, or conclusion is error-free, complete, current, or suitable for any particular purpose.
Information may become outdated.
Websites may change.
Legislation may be amended.
Organizations may change positions.
Public records may later reveal additional or contradictory evidence.
Errors discovered in the Toolkit should be corrected rather than defended.

The Toolkit examines public officials, organizations, lobbyists, advocacy groups, veterans organizations, policy organizations, donors, employees, consultants, government personnel, and other participants in public-policy debates.

13. RESEARCH MAY CHANGE
BONUS ARMY 2.0 is not intended to preserve a predetermined narrative.
Its central evidentiary rule is:
FOLLOW THE EVIDENCE - WHEREVER IT LEADS.
Evidence contradicting an existing theory should be disclosed.
Unproven claims should remain identified as unproven.
Corrections should be made when warranted.
The purpose of this Toolkit is to enable investigation - not to substitute predetermined conclusions for evidence.
