All over the nation there is a conspiracy between local police departments and local school districts to violate the 5th amendment right of minors while they hold children hostage forcing them to incriminate themselves and when they don’t, they fabricate charges without adequate probable cause.

These local school districts and police departments conspire together to deprive individual students of their right to remain silent, to have a parent present for disabled children or a lawyer present for any child. Many times they don’t even read minors their rights or mirandize minors. 

THEYRE INSTITUTIONALIZING OUR BABIES, TURNING OUR CHILDREN INTO PAYCHECKS & JOB SECURITY FOR THE PRISON SYSTEM WHILE VIOLATING FEDERAL LAW.

Unfortunately the minors whose rights are being violated are 2x more likely to be BLACK, statistically speaking.

Our lead litigant to an impending class action lawsuit, Miss Tanyqua Oliver; Abolitionist, confronted the Cincinnati Police Department out of the state of Ohio about the predatory practices to violate students 5th amendment rights. Cincinnati Police department has stood on state law that does not guarantee a parent or lawyer for a minor while ignoring the fact that civil rights are FEDERAL law and are the supreme law of the land.

Being a minor does NOT remove your constitutional rights.

Cincinnati Police Department employees, detectives and officers stood ten toes down on the conspiracy as representatives of the agency have verbally stated that they have “real good friends” in the federal courts while our lead litigant stated she was drafting a civil rights lawsuit that will include them. WE SHALL SEE HOW GOOD THESE SO CALLED FRIENDS ARE, LEGALLY AND PUBLICLY.
