Expose Lori Schiller's Fraudulent Actions at Wells Fargo

Expose Lori Schiller's Fraudulent Actions at Wells Fargo
The Issue
This can happen to anyone and it's terrifying to think that there may be more victims out there. With Wells Fargo being such a large financial institution, it is alarming that they can harbor employees capable of such fraudulent acts. Lori Schiller, who pretended to be Wendy Williams' friend and financial advisor, is at the center of a brazen effort to strip Wendy Williams of her finances, future earnings, and her autonomy in making any decisions. We have tracked and documented her crimes meticulously.
Lori Schiller, leveraging her position at Wells Fargo, orchestrated the opening of up to 18 unauthorized bank accounts using Wendy Williams’ name without her consent. She dispersed money illegally from her bank accounts and American Express accounts. One of these transactions included a total of $60,000 paid to Rami Kaminski in $10,000 increments. This payment is what sealed the fate of Lori Schiller's client Wendy Williams. In fact, Rami Kaminski was paid to write a 32 word letter which was the tool use to place Wendy into a guardianship. Such actions not only violate trust, but they also breach the standards and regulations set by FINRA. Despite presenting ample evidence of these unauthorized transactions and clear violations of ethical guidelines, Wells Fargo has shown a stunning reluctance to hold Lori Schiller accountable.
Lori is not just an isolated rogue employee; she represents a grave threat to the credibility of financial advisors and institutions who are entrusted with our financial wellbeing. Such breaches in fiduciary duty cannot be overlooked. It is imperative that Wells Fargo, as a large and influential financial institution, acknowledges the gravity of the situation and takes necessary action against Lori Schiller.
We demand her immediate termination from Wells Fargo. Furthermore, we call for legal proceedings to address the financial crimes she has committed against Wendy Williams and potentially other clients. Transparency and accountability must be restored to ensure trust within Wells Fargo and to protect clients from future misconduct.
By signing this petition, you are standing up not only for Wendy Williams but for every individual who places their trust in financial advisors and institutions like Wells Fargo. Your signature can amplify the call for justice, urging Wells Fargo to act decisively and protect clients from deceptive practices. Please, add your voice to demand the change that is desperately needed.
