
Hello Claridge Moon Unit Owners and other supporters interested in Justice,
I have good news for everyone: I secured a strategic victory against DHA Condo Law and the BOD of OCSCC 1106 and prevented them from further delaying the course of my Court Application to have the court appoint an Administrator and/or Inspector to our condo, to protect unit owners against Claridge Homes' undue influence. As it is plainly obvious that what DHA Condo Law attempted was in bad faith and an abuse of process, I intend to seek monetary damages and compensation by making such a request to the Judge at the planned hearing scheduled for April 1st, 2026.

It also appears that agents or individuals involved at the Claridge Moon Condo are censoring my attempts to make my allegations regarding this collusion scheme public. I can no longer post classified advertisements on our Condo's online web platform without Administrator Approval (see the image attached), and it also appears that Nick Falardeau, AKA "Nick Florida" on Facebook, blocked me from the Facebook group he created for Claridge Moon Residents.
For those interested in discussing the Collusion Scheme to financially exploit the condo's unit owners in favour of Claridge Homes' financial interests, I've created my own separate Facebook Group 'Claridge Moon Residents 2' which is publicly available. I will do my best to inform the public, fight against this Collusion Scheme, and ensure Justice is done.
