The Issue

Participate in our letter writing campaign to Arizona media outlets to make our concerns heard (see below).

There is real and growing outrage over the actions of Andy Biggs. This is a story Arizona voters care about—and the press has a responsibility to cover it.

What Andy Biggs just did:

  • Voted against subpoenaing Jeffrey Epstein’s files—one of only two members of Congress to oppose it
  • Supported adjourning the House early to avoid a full vote on Epstein transparency
  • Voted for Trump’s tax bill, which cuts taxes for those earning over $400,000 while threatening Medicaid and working-class support
  • Promoted false claims about the 2020 election, was subpoenaed by the January 6 Committee, and sought a presidential pardon for his involvement

Andy Biggs now wants to be Arizona’s next governor.

This petition calls on journalists, editors, and Arizona’s news outlets to investigate and report on his record. Voters have a right to know:

  • Why did Andy Biggs vote to block Epstein-related subpoenas?
  • Why is he helping shut down investigations the public overwhelmingly wants opened?
  • Why is he supporting tax cuts for the ultra-wealthy while cutting funding for Arizona families?

Subject: Arizona Deserves Answers: Andy Biggs Voted to Block Epstein Files

Dear Editor of [News Org],

I’m writing to urge your newsroom to cover a major and urgent story that directly affects Arizona voters and deserves national attention.

In July 2025, the House Oversight Committee voted to subpoena the Department of Justice for documents related to Jeffrey Epstein—files the public has demanded be released for years. The vote passed 8–2. Andy Biggs was the only member of Arizona’s congressional delegation—and one of just two members in all of Congress—to vote against it.

That’s not all.

Biggs supported the abrupt shutdown of Congress to prevent a full House vote on the Epstein investigation
He voted for Trump’s tax bill, which cuts taxes for those making over $400,000 a year while threatening programs Arizona families depend on
He pushed 2020 election lies, was subpoenaed by the January 6 Committee, and sought a presidential pardon for his role
Now he wants to be Arizona’s next governor.

I ask that your newsroom cover this story. Thank you for your time and commitment to the public interest.
