My 9 year old daughter was assaulted by an 11 year old who before that choked her friend. This boy is still allowed to ride the bus and was still allowed to be in school all week after the incident. My daughter was diagnosed with a mild concussion due to her injuries as to how hard he hit her. She is traumatized and will not ride the bus home, she can’t sleep, she has headaches . And he’s still allowed to ride the bus . I would like to have parents sign a petition to get his and any other students bus privileges revoked if they choose violence on anyone on the bus. 
this boy has stated in front of me my daughter and his parents that he is not going to apologize. He has also stated that he would hit my daughter again.
