Niagara police informed Brock University of an international student, Ethan Flynn, who raped a drugged girl after telling her own friends that she's too intoxicated. Brock, instead of promoting disciplinary action, told the in named victim of his class schedules. We need change. The girl, on top of being drugged and unable to fight, said no. All after the perpetrator admitted to her friends that she is too intoxicated. After that, she said I don’t want anything happening. She never wanted that to happen. She deserves justice. We all do.
