It was brought to the public’s attention today, that Jackson Kain from Plattsburgh High School knowingly recorded himself abusing an innocent cat. There is NO REASON for this type of behavior & it’s concerning for the families/parents of kids that attend PHS. I speak for all of us when I say im not comfortable that kids like this attend school with members of my family. He doesn’t deserve the privilege of attending school or being a part of any sports. Oliver Maher is the friend recording and should ALSO be expelled & held accountable for recording this. THIS TYPE OF BEHAVIOR IS NOT ACCEPTABLE & IS EXTREMELY DISTURBING.

And since he participates in sports, automatically the school favors him unfortunately. Action needs to be taken. He needs to be removed from any sports teams. Once again, this quite clearly is not normal behavior & could eventually turn into something very scary.
