As local residents, we face a daily challenge. With an oversized vehicle necessary for our family of four, it becomes complicated and taxing to get our two young children in and out of the car due to limited resident parking. We understand that we are not alone in this struggle. Many families in our community, with large vehicles or multiple cars, grapple with this issue.

As our community grows, the need for adequate parking becomes increasingly important. The current resident parking capacity is insufficient to meet the demands of our shared home community.
