Em seguida, a mensagem foi apagada e substituída por um texto automático dizendo: "Bom dia, ele comeu e está bem". Isso evidencia a severa falha de controle e rastreabilidade que sempre apontamos. Nossa luta é para garantir que a vida dos animais seja tratada com o respeito e a dignidade que merecem, e não como números em uma linha de produção.

Nossas denúncias estão avançando nas esferas oficiais. Trago as seguintes atualizações baseadas em andamentos e documentos públicos:

1. **Prefeitura e Vigilância Sanitária:** Em fiscalização no local, o órgão lavrou auto de infração apontando 5 graves irregularidades. O relatório oficial atesta a não apresentação da ficha de internação do Gilbert, falha no processo de rastreabilidade dos pacientes e falhas na higienização do reservatório de água.

To give you an idea of the severity of the facts we are reporting: during his hospitalization, I received a message from the clinic stating my cat had died. Right after, the message was deleted and replaced by an automated text saying: "Good morning, he ate and is doing fine." This highlights the severe lack of control and traceability we have always pointed out. Our fight is to ensure that animal lives are treated with the respect and dignity they deserve, not as numbers on an assembly line.

Our complaints are moving forward in the official spheres. Here are the updates based on public records and official proceedings:

1. **Sanitary Surveillance (City Hall):** During an on-site inspection, the agency issued an infraction notice pointing out 5 severe irregularities. The official report confirms the failure to present Gilbert's medical records, flaws in patient traceability, and failures in water reservoir hygiene.

2. **Civil Police (DEMA):** The Specialized Police Station for the Investigation of Crimes Against Fauna (DEMA) has been triggered. The investigation aims to uncover the circumstances of the death, as well as look into signs of animal abuse, negligence, and alleged document irregularities.
