Não estamos mais lidando com "suspeitas". A Prefeitura de Belo Horizonte (PBH), através da Vigilância Sanitária, realizou vistorias presenciais na Fundação Hospitalar São Francisco de Assis (Unidade Dom Bosco) e confirmou as nossas denúncias.
A fiscalização constatou os seguintes fatos, resultando em punições oficiais:
* **Auto de Infração (MULTA) Aplicado:** A clínica foi oficialmente autuada e intimada pela prefeitura por não apresentar a ficha de internação e o prontuário do paciente (Gilbert). O Estado confirmou a falha documental e a quebra na rastreabilidade dos animais.
* **Risco Sanitário e Ambiental:** Os fiscais atestaram que o hospital opera sem o laudo de liberação da COPASA e sem adesão ao programa PRECEND, descartando efluentes e resíduos de forma irregular na rede pública.
* **Nova Investigação em Curso:** Diante da ausência de controle de zoonoses e falhas na higienização do reservatório de água, a própria fiscalização do município nos orientou a abrir uma nova denúncia, direcionada à equipe de Condições Sanitárias de Estabelecimentos de Saúde (Protocolo já em andamento).

We are no longer dealing with "suspicions." The City Hall of Belo Horizonte (PBH), through the Health Surveillance, conducted on-site inspections at the Fundação Hospitalar São Francisco de Assis (Dom Bosco Unit) and confirmed our reports.
The inspection verified the following facts, resulting in official punishments:
* **Notice of Infraction (FINE) Issued:** The clinic was officially fined and subpoenaed by the city hall for failing to present the patient's (Gilbert) admission record and medical chart. The State confirmed the documentary failure and the breakdown in animal traceability.
* **Sanitary and Environmental Risk:** Inspectors attested that the hospital operates without the COPASA clearance report and without adhering to the PRECEND program, irregularly discharging effluents and waste into the public network.
* **New Investigation Underway:** Given the lack of zoonosis control and failures in cleaning the water reservoir, the municipality's own inspection advised us to open a new report, directed to the Health Establishments Sanitary Conditions team (Protocol already underway).
