O que vocês veem é uma etiqueta de fita crepe onde está escrito o meu nome, o nome do Gilbert e **"4 KG - LIBERADO"**.
A realidade nua e crua é esta: o Hospital Veterinário Popular São Francisco de Assis (BH) me entregou essa etiqueta colada num **saco preto de lixo**. Eles me entregaram o corpo do meu melhor amigo congelado no freezer, após dias de negligência confessada no áudio, tratado como um descarte qualquer.
Eu tirei esta foto no dia em que fui enterrá-lo, em fevereiro. Eu tirei o Gilbert daquele saco e o enrolei na mantinha colorida que ele mais gostava, onde ele dormia ao meu lado durante as minhas lives, para tentar dar a ele o mínimo da dignidade que a clínica roubou.
Uma vida inteira de amor reduzida a um peso burocrático de "4kg" e um status de "liberado". Nenhum ser vivo merece isso.
Nós já acionamos o Ministério Público (MPMG), a Polícia Civil (DEMA), o Conselho de Veterinária e a Vigilância Sanitária. Mas precisamos da pressão popular agora!

What you see is a masking tape label writing my name, Gilbert's name, and **"4 KG (8.8 lbs) - RELEASED"**.
The stark reality is this: the *Hospital Veterinário Popular São Francisco de Assis* (BH, Brazil) handed me this label stuck to a **black trash bag**. They handed me the body of my best friend frozen in a freezer, after days of negligence confessed on audio, treated like mere waste.
I took this photo on the day I buried him, back in February. I took Gilbert out of that bag and wrapped him in the colorful blanket he loved the most, where he used to sleep by my side during my livestreams, to try and give him back a fraction of the dignity the clinic stole from him.
An entire life of love reduced to a bureaucratic weight of "4kg" and a status of "released". No living being deserves this.
We have already contacted the Public Prosecutor's Office (MPMG), the Civil Police (DEMA), the Veterinary Council, and Health Surveillance. But we need public pressure now!
