Harambe was a father to all orphans, a symbol of strength for the powerless, and a gentle giant who brought, not just Cincinnati, but all communities together. His Swahili name ("Pull Together")  and his final moments here on earth—gently sliding a little boy across the water, simulating a slip ‘n slide—illustrated his purpose in life: peace, harmony, and dignity.

Tragically, Harambe was allegedly "shot" 10 years ago . This abrupt ending left many unanswered questions surrounding the true cause of his death. Given his importance and profound impact he left on millions, it's essential to re-examine the events through a proper and unbiased investigation. Although this petition's name hones in on an autopsy, we demand the FBI revisit this "closed" case with a full-force investigation. It’s not just about uncovering the truth but about bringing justice to a beloved bastion of hope, rekindling trust in our institutions (especially Intelligence and Zoo), and ensuring the next Harambe (there will never be another Harambe) does not suffer a similar fate under dubious circumstances.
