The Executive Committee Members of The Entrance Tigers Rugby League Football Club need to answer some serious questions about their decisions before the club becomes a laughing stock. Some individuals on the Executive Committee have amalgamated their biased views in order to terminate the contract of their successful coach. The way the ex coach, winner of three premierships as part of the head coaching staff, has been treated is unfair and unjust. The termination was given without any formal warnings or without any prior meetings with the board. These same four members were the same people who voted against the coach to become the A grade head coach in the first place and have displayed a clear vendetta against the club legend. The way these same four members have treated many ex players is disgusting. Their selfish views and decisions have persuaded many local Juniors and former Tigers premiership winning players to pull on the boots for rival clubs on the coast and many more will follow whilst these four are still in charge. No loyalty has been shown whatsoever. The successful ex coach and player won a total of nine premierships with the club, a club that he has represented from the age of five, representing at Central Coast and Country representative levels. As coach He delivered the club its first Clayton Cup title in 2008 as the most successful team in NSW Country Rugby League. One of the most successful players to have ever laced on the boots for the club. One of, if not the most successful coach in the clubs history. To treat such a loyal, passionate clubman, who has provided over 30 years of blood, sweat, tears and pride into his role, with such discontent is nothing short of an UTTER DISGRACE. The players, Supporters, Members and Fans need more of a say in regards to the goings on at the club instead of the dictatorship that is currently in place. Time to move on before any more terrible, wrong and costly decisions are made. Out with the Old in with the New!!
