I was searching up a fictional character for a school project. But since my school uses SafeSearch, I expected there to be normal results for both images and search, boy was I wrong. I found fetish art, now at first, I thought that this would just be a one time thing. So I tried again with a different character, same thing, then again with another character, same thing. I tried over 20 characters, all from diffrent series, and every time, NSFW sites show up in search, and DeviantArt fetish art shows up in images. So it's not just a one time thing, it's a recurring issue that could cause serious harm to kids. Several parents apply SafeSearch to their child's device, to prevent them from seeing anything that can be considered dangerous to kids. But because DeviantArt and other NSFW sites can show up even when using SafeSearch, it completely negates the purpose of SafeSearch, which is to keep kids safe from dangerous content. This is huge problem, as if a child were to have access to several NSFW sites, they could develop a porn addiction at an earlier age. The more of this content a child is exposed to, the more they think it's just normal, as kid's brains are not yet fully developed. 

Update: Upon further research, SafeSerach is used in most schools in the USA, and some schools add extra security to make sure kids don't get off task. But still, you can find fetish art even with these restrictions.
