I will shortly receive the opinion of Estelle Dehon of Cornerstone Barristers about the grounds for a challenge of the London Plan at Judicial Review

We will have six weeks in which to launch a legal challenge from 2nd March 2021, the date on which the Mayor of London's office has now declared on Twitter that the London Plan will be published

This declaration on social media by the Deputy-Mayor of London was made AFTER a development company had already announced the date of publication of the London Plan in a Kingston council meeting and revealed that they had been told the date in previous discussions with the GLA. It makes you wonder what else is being discussed and agreed with developers behind closed doors in the weeks that will have transpired before the plan is published?

I will post an update when I have received Estelle's opinion.

This will increase our chances of having the money needed to ask a Judge to insist that development in London happens in a truly sustainable way that conforms with international and national laws and national policies
